My name is Cindy and my blogs have been inspired by my life and my passion for sharing information to help people to shine brightly with confidence and direction.​ I am a Coach whose passion and specialism is in Wellbeing and Parent Coaching. 

About me................ 

 

I always feel so lucky to have been born and

raised in Lymington on the South Coast

of England.  But I had itchy feet too so have also 

lived and worked in Australia and New Zealand, 

having had many, many adventures along the way!

I love being submerged in New Forest life and living a stones throw away from the Solent. My hobbies are capturing life through a lens, exploring new places and the sun!

I like the simple things in life, comfy clothes, good food and cosy evenings. I like to surround myself with people and things that keep my grounded, healthy and happy.

I can be found happily snuggled up barefoot or in my woolly socks on the sofa with my family and Labradoodles, drinking a cup of tea or a glass of gin and tonic!!

Life changed for me quite dramatically when I turned 40.

In January 2016 I was diagnosed with three heart conditions resulting in heart failure. This news totally rocked my world however people say things happen for a reason and bizarrely I agree.

I was forced to give up my full time career which I loved, however being diagnosed with a life long invisible illness has given me inner strength to do what I truly wanted to do and question many things.

I now work for myself, working when I want too and doing what I adore which is helping people to re kindle that inner sparkle to helping them grow. 

At the age of 17 I saw a Chinese quote on my friends kitchen wall, I totally fell in love with it and have followed its simple yet effective words from that day forward..............

'Aim for the Moon, 

At Least if you miss, 

you'll still end up amongst the stars'
