Are you ready to hit the reset button and take control of your life? At Barefoot Wellbeing, we specialise in coaching you to become more self-aware, self-regulated, and focused on goals. Whether you’re an adult carrying more than your fair share, a parent trying to show up for their family or a young person trying to find calm in a chaotic world—this is for you, I am here to support you and your family in even more grounded and transformational ways. Whether you’re navigating parenthood, supporting a child through big emotions or/and past trauma, or dealing with your own stress or past trauma—this approach meets you where you are, not where the world expects you to be. Using a Somatic Trauma-Informed Coaching style puts your nervous system at the heart of healing. It’s grounded in neuroscience and designed to help children, adults, and parents better understand how stress and trauma live in the body—and how we can work with, not against, those signals. Through a mix of body-based awareness, psychoeducation, compassionate curiosity, and practical tools, I’ll support you (and if needed, your child) in: • Understanding your emotional and behavioural patterns • Building nervous system regulation and resilience • Gently exploring what’s underneath the surface • Creating safer, more connected relationships—starting with yourself tailored strategies. and will also guide you through your strengths, stresses and challenges, boosting your resilience and confidence along the way. This transformative journey has a goal to help you have self empowerment and have a more grounded and fulfilled life.
