Barefoot Wellbeing Coaching is based on a grounded approach to life. I believe in empowerment through self regulation. This is the key to navigating the stresses and challenges in life, in turn helping to promote resilience and a sense of wellbeing. 

Hi my name is Cindy and I have worked with children and families for 30 years. Offering a bespoke service that meets the individual needs of each and every person I coach.

 

Whether you’re an adult carrying more than your fair share, a parent trying to show up for their family or a young person trying to find calm in a chaotic world you have come to the right place. I am here to support you and your family in even more grounded and transformational ways as a Somatic Trauma Informed Coach.
